    ○ 1 Meat: choose from Tri-Tip or Pork Ribs
    ○ 2 Classic Sides
    ○ House BBQ Sauce (choose from original, hawaiian, smokey chipotle)

    Want more variety? Add Smoked Sausage or Chicken Thighs for just $4 more per guest.

    Drop Off: $26 per Guest
    Full Service Catering: $32 per Guest

    Our most popular package - designed for flavor and flexibility. Includes:
